Valid Slinger/Signaller and Lift Supervisor certifications (CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent). Strong working knowledge of BS 7121, LOLER, PUWER, and lifting industry best practice. Proven ability to produce detailed lift plans, method statements, and technical documentation to a high standard. Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
