We are currently working with a number of GP Practices across Manchester City Centre and the surrounding areas who are looking to recruit experienced Medical Receptionists to join their teams on a permanent basis.

Both part-time and full-time hours will be considered.

Requirements:

• Previous GP Surgery / Primary Care experience
• Knowledge of EMIS is essential
• Excellent communication and patient-facing skills
• Ability to work in a busy healthcare environment

Duties May Include:

• Greeting and assisting patients
• Booking appointments and clinics
• Managing telephone and email enquiries
• Care navigation and signposting
• Processing prescriptions and registrations
• General reception and administrative duties
