What You'll Be Doing Leading the design and development of a modern, intuitive user interface Working alongside AI engineers to create highly automated workflows that minimise user input and simplify operator decision-making Designing configurable interfaces that expose different levels of detail depending on user needs and experience Developing flexible UI frameworks capable of exposing new controls and features dynamically from backend configuration files Championing user-centred design principles and ensuring complex functionality is presented in a clear, accessible way What We're Looking For You'll have strong experience designing and developing software user interfaces, with a passion for usability, accessibility and creating exceptional user experiences. You should be comfortable taking ownership of UI decisions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, and balancing technical requirements with the needs of end users. Experience with C++ would be advantageous but is not essential. Similarly, any exposure to radio frequency (RF), communications systems, engineering software, or other technically complex environments would be beneficial. Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys simplifying complexity and creating interfaces that users can operate with confidence from day one.
