Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure efficient repairs. Conduct road tests where required. Assist with roadside breakdown support when necessary. Report vehicle defects and ensure all work is completed safely. Maintain workshop equipment, tools and working areas. Support and mentor apprentices and trainee technicians. What We're Looking For NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair. Previous experience as an HGV Technician or Commercial Vehicle Technician. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. Positive attitude with a focus on safety and quality workmanship. Full UK Driving Licence. HGV Licence advantageous but not essential.
