What you ll be doing You ll be right in the middle of a large-scale CMDB uplift improving how services, apps and infrastructure actually connect and behave. Build and fix ServiceNow Service Mapping (patterns, entry points, mapping runs) Get Discovery working properly (MID servers, credentials, coverage, tuning) Improve service-to-infrastructure relationships so impact analysis actually works Troubleshoot poor data, broken mappings and odd behaviours Support integrations (APIs, Integration Hub, Service Graph, import sets) Work closely with infra, cloud and app teams to validate what s actually happening In short: make the CMDB useful, accurate, and trusted.
