The team is looking to welcome a committed SEN Teaching Assistant this January 2026, someone who can bring calm energy, patience, and purpose to the classroom. This is not a traditional school. The students here often haven't had the easiest journey through education, but with the right support, they can and do thrive. Your role will involve working closely with students who may struggle with behaviour and engagement. You'll help them find structure, confidence, and pathways toward independence, whether that's through functional skills, vocational activities or life skills learning. This isn't just a support role, it's a relationship-building role. You'll need to show up every day with consistency, clarity, and a genuine interest in helping young people move forward. You'll be part of a team that understands how behaviour is a form of communication and that every success, no matter how small, matters.
