Associate Director - Building Surveying Newcastle A fast growing multi-disciplinary property consultancy is seeking an ambitious Associate Director - Building Surveyor to play a pivotal role in the growth of their North East presence. This is a rare opportunity to join an established national consultancy, and become a key figure in the North East, helping to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and shape the future direction of the region. The Opportunity; Associate Director - Building Surveyor You'll have a high degree of autonomy, whilst benefiting from the support and excellent reputation of a successful national business. The role would suit a commercially minded Chartered Building Surveyor who enjoys developing client relationships, generating new opportunities, and taking ownership of projects from inception through to completion. You'll work closely with senior leadership to grow the regional offering, build on existing client relationships, and identify new business opportunities across the North East market.
