• Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service
• Carrying out pre-screening eye health checks
• Supporting a smooth handover to the Optometrist
• Dispensing spectacles and advising on frame and lens options
• Adjusting, fitting, and repairing eye-wear
• Assisting with contact lens teaching and aftercare
• Completing a variety of administrative duties
