As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to join our Sales & Estimating team and help deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.
About the Role
This is a varied role where you will work closely with customers and colleagues across the business, transforming enquiries into successful orders while ensuring a smooth journey from quotation through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally and warmly
Understand customer needs and provide accurate quotations for standard and bespoke products
Prepare estimates using pricing templates, calculating bespoke product costs where needed
Maintain customer records, quotations and orders in the CRM
Raise stock sales orders in Sage 200
Produce works order documentation for manufacturing
Coordinate with colleagues across departments to keep orders progressing smoothly
Track orders through production and delivery, giving customers proactive updates
Build a strong working knowledge of JB Corrie's products and manufacturing capabilities
Occasionally visit customers to build relationships and support business development
Attend meetings and company events as required
What We Are Looking For
Organised and accurate, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
A confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Proactive, with a natural ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Experience with Sage 200 or similar ERP software is a plus
Background in sales administration, estimating or customer service within manufacturing or construction is beneficial but not essential
