As demand continues to grow, we're looking for a skilled and reliable Fully Qualified Electrician to join our team.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the installation of EV charge points and solar PV systems in domestic and light commercial settings. You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service on every job.
Key Responsibilities
Installation of EV charge points in line with manufacturer and regulatory standards
Solar PV system installations (roof- and ground-mounted systems)
Installing cable containment (steel tray, trunking, and PVC)
Termination and connection of electrical components, including inverters, isolators, and distribution boards
Testing and commissioning of systems
Providing clear handovers to clients post-installation
Required Qualifications & Experience
17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
EAL VRQ Domestic Installer or City & Guilds Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
Installing and terminating Twin & Earth and 6mm 3-core Hi-tuff
Termination of SWA up to and including 6mm 3-core
Installing Henley blocks to split single-phase 100A mains
Experience in domestic electrical systems
A proactive, safety-first approach and the ability to work independently
Full UK driving licence
Desirable Experience
Previous work on solar PV systems and/or EV installations
