Working across a large social housing portfolio, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, upgrading and installing a wide range of electronic security systems, as well as carrying out technical surveys when required. The position covers sites throughout the South and within the M25, so applicants should be comfortable travelling into London and working within occupied residential environments. The role requires a strong all-round engineer who can work independently, build positive relationships with residents and clients, and consistently deliver a high standard of workmanship. For the right individual, there is a clear pathway into management, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and potentially progress into overseeing the contract in the future.
