Confident in managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines. Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments. High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Comfortable using CRM systems and creating reports. Experience in account management, customer service, or similar client-facing roles is desirable. Education: A-Level (or Level 3 qualification) or equivalent work experience. Additional Info: Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (9:00 am - 5:30 pm). Location: Based at Whistl - Astley Business Park, with hybrid working opportunities available after successful completion of probation. Travel & Communication: Occasional travel required, with regular phone and face-to-face interaction with customers.
