Warden Tyne Solutions are currently recruiting for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a major construction project.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the commercial aspects of self-delivery works
- Prepare and submit applications for payment
- Administer NEC contract requirements and compensation events
- Monitor project costs, budgets and forecasts
- Manage procurement of materials and plant
- Support subcontractor and supplier account management
- Produce commercial reports and cost/value reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records of change, progress and contractual correspondence
The person:
- NEC contract experience (essential)
- Civil engineering background (essential)
- Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveyor
