Your role as a Quantity Surveyor will include:

Manage the commercial performance of construction projects, including cost control, forecasting, and risk management.
Prepare and agree monthly valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.
Administer NEC and/or JCT contracts, including notices, compensation events, and change control procedures.
Price, negotiate, and agree variations with clients and stakeholders.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will need:

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or similar
UK driving license
Commutable around Chessington
