Key Responsibilities Prepare and mix polyurethane materials according to specifications Operate PU dispensing and moulding equipment Pour, inject, or spray polyurethane into moulds Demould and finish products to required standards Conduct quality checks and report defects Clean and maintain tools, moulds, and equipment Follow all health and safety procedures, including correct use of PPE Assist with general production duties as required Requirements Previous experience working with polyurethane (PU) or similar materials preferred Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment Good attention to detail and quality control Ability to work to production schedules Physically fit and able to work in a hands-on environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Desirable Skills Experience with PU injection or spray systems Knowledge of mixing ratios and chemical handling Forklift licence Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills What We Offer Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Training and development Stable, long-term employment Supportive working environment Bonus scheme in place
