The firm offers hybrid working (one day remote per week), a salary of up to 90,000 per annum, on-site parking, early closing hours, and a range of additional incentives. You will be joining a family-owned business, acting exclusively for the firm's group companies, which hold a substantial property portfolio across London and the South East. The successful candidate will support and advise a busy commercial property management team whilst working within an established legal team of three solicitors. Responsibilities for this In-House Commercial Property Solicitor role: Managing commercial leases for shops, offices, and industrial estate units. Handling 1954 Act business lease renewals (excluding litigation matters). Advising on land and title queries. Working independently with minimal supervision.
