The organisation has already established its project plan, mobilisation programme and key workstreams. You will be responsible for bringing these areas together, maintaining effective project governance and ensuring the new operating model is successfully implemented by March 2027. This is not a traditional construction Project Manager position. The role requires someone with a foundation in project delivery who can manage change, influence stakeholders and build support for new ways of working. The Role You will work closely with the National Head of Resources, Head of Estates and wider senior leadership team. About You This opportunity could suit an Assistant Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Change Project Officer or procurement professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. You should have: Previous experience supporting or delivering projects. An understanding of project governance, plans, risks and workstreams.
