PAINT SPRAYER

Location: Aberdeen Central
Salary: £46,000 - £49,000 Basic Salary + Time Saved Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

THE ROLE
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes across a variety of vehicles while maintaining manufacturer and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:
Preparing vehicles and panels for paint application
Mixing and colour matching paints accurately
Applying primer, basecoat and clearcoat finishes
Carrying out paint refinishing work to a high standard
Identifying and rectifying paint defects where required
Ensuring all work is completed within agreed timescales
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working closely with bodyshop colleagues to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a busy accident repair centre or Bodyshop environment and take pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician or Paint Refinisher
Strong knowledge of modern paint application techniques
Experience working within a Bodyshop or accident repair environment
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Full UK Driving Licence preferred
