Salary: £40,000 - £50,000+ DOE OTE £55,000+

THE ROLE
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you will be responsible for producing high-quality paint finishes and ensuring vehicles are repaired to manufacturer and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include:
Preparing vehicles and panels for the paint process
Mixing and colour matching paint accurately
Applying primer, basecoat and clearcoat finishes to a high standard
Carrying out refinishing work using modern paint systems and equipment
Inspecting completed work to ensure exceptional quality standards
Identifying and rectifying paint defects where necessary
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
Working closely with panel technicians and Bodyshop colleagues to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Paint Sprayer with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician or Paint Refinisher
Recognised qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds / ATA or equivalent), with a commitment to continuous professional development
Experience working within a Bodyshop or accident repair centre environment
Strong knowledge of paint application techniques and colour matching
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
Strong organisational and time management skills
Positive attitude and team-focused approach
Full UK Driving Licence preferred
