We are seeking a Resourcer to join our busy and growing team at Henley Executive.
This is a full-time, office-based role, based in our lovely offices in Henley-in-Arden. We need someone enthusiastic who has a positive, can-do attitude and is keen to learn, and who is happy to communicate with candidates via phone, email, and social media.
As a Resourcer, day-to-day, your role will entail:
Identifying and speaking to suitable candidates via phone and email
Updating the database with candidate and client information
Formatting candidate CVs
Arranging candidate interviews
Sending out interview and offer confirmations
Supporting the Team with Candidate/CV Sourcing
Ensuring candidates are kept updated and managed through the recruitment process
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following skills:
Confident user of MS Office Suite, Including Excel
Experienced in utilising and updating CRM Systems
Confident communication skills via phone and email
Willingness to explore and adapt to new technologies, systems and processes as needed
Whether you are currently a Resourcer, working within Recruitment or from an office administration background and looking for a new challenge, we're open to backgrounds as long as you are keen to learn, as full training will be provided.
