Job Description

  • Develop and execute a structured sales plan to grow revenue across target industrial sectors including process, manufacturing, utilities, and energy.
  • Identify and engage new prospects through outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasting to the sales leadership team.
  • Develop deep product knowledge across range of pressure regulation, pneumatic, and fluid control solutions.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, negotiating terms to close business.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, applications, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to feed intelligence back into the business.
