Our Client are currently looking for an experienced Caretaker to join their team at a luxury residential development based in Richmond. Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. Salary is £28,000 per annum. Duties include: To provide day-to-day caretaking, maintenance and operational support, ensuring the estate is safe, clean, well-maintained and welcoming for residents, visitors, contractors and delivery personnel. Ensure a smooth running of the development and take a proactive approach to identifying issues and maintaining the overall presentation and operation of the estate.
