Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and developing a portfolio of clients, delivering accounts preparation, advisory, and compliance services to a high standard
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Identifying opportunities to add value to clients and supporting the wider business development efforts of the firm
  • Liaising with partners and senior stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services across the client base
Requirements
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with a strong technical grounding in accounts and advisory work
  • Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and deliver excellent client service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to manage relationships at all levels
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
