Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences. Strong customer service focus with the ability to build longstanding relationships. Confident user of CRM/reservation systems and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. A clean driving licence for school visits. Must be suitable to work with children and vulnerable adults; DBS check required.
