Your role will include answering phone calls and general enquiries, triaging patients, and supporting all aspects of audiology administration, such as updating & filing records, and managing appointments. You will also be trained how to assist with minor hearing aid repairs. Your aim will be to deliver a first-class administrative and customer service experience, helping to support the smooth running and ongoing success of the store.
