Yard Operative/Forklift Driver

Yard Operative/Forklift Driver required for well-established business based in Tockwith.

Benefits:

• £15.00 - £15.50/hour
• Full Time, Permanent, 43 hours, Monday to Thursday 7am - 5pm, Friday 7am - 12pm

The Client:

Our client is a privately owned, well established and reputable company based in Tockwith. Established in 1992, they are a leading supplier in their field and partner of choice for solvent supply and waste removal for major NHS hospitals throughout the UK. They pride themselves on service, quality and price when delivering and meeting customer needs.

What you'll be doing:

Due to expansion, they now require a Yard Operative/Forklift Driver to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitate the production process
• Operate both manual and automated equipment
• Load and off-load vehicles, (manual and by forklift)
• Other general site duties as required
• Work in line with Health and Safety

The ideal candidate:

The ideal Yard Operative/Forklift DriverMUST:

• Hold a current Forklift Operator Licence
• Be physically fit - the role includes operating machinery and manually loading vehicles
• Be reliable

Own transport is essential due to location.

The company operates a no smoking policy.
