P/T Experienced & trustworthy Housekeeper for private residence, nr Hungerford, Berks, ASAP

A rare and exciting oportunity has arisen for an experienced and trustworthy Housekeeper to work alongside a full-time housekeeper on a prestigious private estate.

The large estate is currently undergoing a full restoration, and the successful applicant will be based working at an established residential property near Hungerford.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the housekeeping team, you will assist with:

Daily tidying, General cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping). Making beds and changing bed linen Laundry and wardrobe care including in-house laundering, washing, ironing, handwashing delicate items and wardrobe management. Household management including running errands as required and general support when guests are staying.

The successful candidate must:be well presented, trustworthy, discreet, reliable and friendly. Be happy to go above and beyond. Have an adaptable nature and be highly valued. Be fit and healthy (a non-smoker) to work around a large house. Excellent attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude. Like dogs, birds and other animals.

Requirements

Experience: previously worked in high-end private households.

Working hours: Minimum of 15 hours a week over 5 days with flexibility to work weekends/evenings when the client is in residence.

Work authorisation: Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom

Location: Hungerford must have a full driving license (on site, no remote work)
