To manage the centralized stationery stores, including printer paper, and to maintain the additional stationery orders & records Sort & deliver all incoming (internal and external) post to individual desks. Sort all outgoing mail (internal and external), including special and recorded deliveries Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a facilities, maintenance, or building support role. Has Minor Contract Admin experience as well Excellent telephone and email manner Computer literate, preferably some data entry experience Good practical and problem-solving skills. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to support the smooth running of our warehouse operations. You will play a key role in ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time, while also supporting the cutting team and maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack orders to a consistently high standard Monitor the quality, quantity, and efficiency of goods movement and storage Maintain stock control and ensure 99% stock accuracy Ensure lift handling equipment is maintained and fully compliant with regulations Manage material transfers and maintain accurate records Follow all current health and safety procedures Adhere to warehouse processes and procedures at all times Support the coordination of delivery vehicles, drivers, and couriers Provide regular updates and communication to your line manager Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the warehouse Ensure all documentation and filing is accurate and up-to-date Operate forklift (counterbalance/reach truck) and PPT equipment where required Provide cover for colleagues as needed Minimum 18 months' experience working in a warehouse environment Please apply today if you are interested in this opportunity.
