LITHOGRAPHIC PRINTERS WANTED! (PRINT ASSISTANT / NO.2 LEVEL OR EXPERIENCED)

SALARY 31-38K (Depending on Experience)
SHIFT HOURS: 3 SHIFT PATTERN ROTATION
6:00am - 1:30pm (Monday-Friday)
1:30pm - 9:00pm (Monday-Friday)
9:00pm - 6:00am (Monday-Thursday)
OUR CLIENT WILL CONSIDER A PRINT ASSISTANT / NO.2 PRINTER LOOKING TO STEP UP INTO A NO.1 LEVEL ROLE

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit several experienced Lithographic Printers to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled printing professionals seeking a long-term career with a well-established and forward-thinking business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and run litho printing presses to produce high-quality print work
- Ensure efficient set-up, running, and maintenance of the machines
- Monitor and maintain print quality, colour consistency, and registration
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production schedules
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and housekeeping on press
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a No.1 Litho Printer is essential
- Experience operating Komori presses would be advantageous, although not essential
- Strong technical knowledge of lithographic print production
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Flexible, reliable and team-oriented approach
