External Engagement & Thought Leadership- Shape and amplify the CTO's external presence through speaking engagements, media, and thought leadership content.- Draft speeches, blogs, and articles that reflect the CTO's vision and the company's strategic direction.- Monitor emerging technologies and market trends to inform internal strategy. Culture & Communications- Collaborate with internal communications, HR, and leadership to drive a cohesive culture and engagement plan.- Ensure internal communications are transparent, aligned, and inspiring across the technology organisation.
