Passive Fire Protection Estimator Central London Up to £80,000 + Package

A well-established and growing contractor specialising in Passive Fire Protection is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join its Central London team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced business with a strong pipeline of work across commercial and residential projects. You'll play a key role in pricing passive fire protection works, working closely with the wider commercial and operational teams to secure and deliver projects.

The Role

• Preparing accurate cost estimates for passive fire protection works
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
• Carrying out site surveys where required
• Producing competitive quotations and tender submissions
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and the internal delivery team
• Supporting the commercial team throughout the tender process

About You

• Previous estimating experience within Passive Fire Protection is essential
• Strong understanding of fire stopping, compartmentation and/or fire doors
• Confident interpreting drawings and specifications
• Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
• Able to thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment

• Salary up to £80,000 (depending on experience)

• Travel expenses covered for site visits across London where applicable
