Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex inventory movements, financial variances and operational challenges. Experience working within a multi-site, retail, distribution, manufacturing or supply chain-focused business would be highly advantageous. Applicants should possess strong technical accounting knowledge alongside the ability to interpret large volumes of financial and operational data from multiple systems and sources. Previous experience managing or mentoring finance teams will also be beneficial.
