Salary: Upto 60,000

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager within the building services or M&E sector.
• Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical installations, including HVAC, heating, plumbing, and pipework systems.
• Experience managing multiple projects with values ranging from small works to major installations.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• Ability to lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline (preferred).
• SMSTS or SSSTS.
• CSCS Card.
• First Aid qualification (desirable).
