KeyResponsibilities

• Manage inbound customer calls, orders, and enquiries, ensuring accuracy and excellent
• Make proactive outbound calls to generate repeat orders, upsell, and identify opportunities for
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Handle customer queries efficiently via phone, email, and internal
• Support team performance by contributing to call handling and service-level
• Demonstrate proactive communication and ownership of shared inbox
• Maintain accuracy in data entry and order
