About the Role

We are looking for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our client's production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, helping to produce, package, and prepare high-quality products for customers across the UK.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products are made safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the production and blending of ingredients.
  
• Preparing materials and packaging for production runs.
• Filling, bottling, labelling, and packing finished products.
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  
• Following all food safety, health & safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Cleaning and sanitising production equipment and work areas.
• Supporting warehouse and stock control activities when required.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets.

Skills and Experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines.
