A London Local Authority is seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support across a key service area.
Working with senior leaders, you will implement the HR strategy, lead a team of HR Advisors, and deliver people solutions across workforce planning, organisational change, restructures, employee relations, talent management, performance management, and resourcing.
Requirements: - Senior HR generalist experience within a customer-facing organisation.
- Proven experience leading transformational change and delivering business improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
- Experience managing HR teams and supporting organisational change.
- Local Government experience is desirable.
