Day to day you will: Be proactive with communicating with active growing accounts across your client portfolio Build strong, long term relationships with key client stakeholders Resolve high impact or escalated client issues with urgency, professionalism, and empathy Work collaboratively with Design, Supply Chain and Operations teams to deliver excellent client outcomes Identify opportunities for upselling, cross selling and referrals within existing accounts Lead structured client review meetings and provide valuable performance insights Monitor account performance, market trends, and client developments to support future growth Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing the client experience What are we looking for? They need somebody who can take ownership, somebody tenacious, driven, relationship led and commercially aware with that passion for delivering exceptional service. Experience: A proven track record within an Account Management role Experience of growing B2B customer accounts - industry experience is open Strong relationship building and communication skills The ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels A proactive and solutions-focused approach Commercial awareness with the ability to balance client needs and business objectives High levels of organisation, ownership and professionalism A growth mindset with the ambition to continuously develop and improve Someone who can demonstrate stability within their employment.
