We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Operator with a Counterbalance FLT Licence to join our clients dynamic team in a technical production and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of production and manufacturing processes, ensuring that batches are mixed efficiently and meet the highest standards of quality. THE SALARY AND BENEFITS: 6-2/2-10 rotating 06:00 - 14:00 - £12.50 per hour 14:00 - 22:00 - £15.00 per hour Pension scheme of up to 10% Extra weeks pay at Christmas Breaks are paid. Time off in lieu (TOIL) employees can take time off work instead of receiving overtime pay for extra hours worked 23 days holiday pay + 6 balance days (extra time off) increase in pay once fully trained and competent in the full process Temporary to permanent position, you will be given a contract depending on timekeeping, attendance and success. 2 week shut down during summer holidays.
