Prepare legal instructions and support the drafting and negotiation of highway agreements. Monitor agreements to ensure legal requirements are in place before works commence. Oversee inspections, supervision and adoption of highway works. Provide technical advice throughout the construction process. Experience Needed: Experience of working with Section 38 and Section 278 agreements. Strong technical knowledge of highway design and construction. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
