Plumber

We are currently looking for a Plumber in the Long Eaton area to work for a well established Housing Association. You'll work across tenanted domestic properties, becoming part of a reliable team with consistent work and excellent long-term career prospects. I would like to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Plumber, Domestic Plumber, Maintenance Plumber or Property Maintenance Operative (Plumbing bias) before.As a Plumber you will be:

• All aspects of plumbing repairs and maintenance within domestic properties
• Repairing and replacing taps, sinks and all relevent kitchen appliances
• Diagnosing and fixing leaks and blockages
• Carrying out plumbing installations in kitchens
• Undertaking basic multi-trade work where required
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and complies with regulations
• Working safely in occupied and void properties
• Recording completed work accurately

We'd love to speak to anyone who has:Their own van Holds a qualification in plumbing (NVQ or equivalent)Their own toolsPrevious domestic plumbing and maintenance experienceExperience working on kitchensinstallations (desirable)The Plumber role is offering:

• £23.10 per hour
• Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
• Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
• Local work, minimum travel
• On-going work
• Immediate start
