Compliance & Safety Carry out statutory compliance checks and safety routines, including: Weekly fire alarm testing Emergency lighting checks Water temperature monitoring Fire door inspections Void property flushing Act as Fire Marshal during emergencies, following established incident procedures and ensuring resident safety. Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety policies, procedures, and relevant legislation. Maintenance & Repairs Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks safely, efficiently, and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Undertake general maintenance duties including: Basic joinery Plumbing repairs Painting and decorating Grounds maintenance General property repairs Prepare vacant properties for new residents, ensuring homes are presented to an exceptional standard before occupation. Respond promptly to maintenance issues within occupied homes and communal areas, minimising disruption to residents. Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, efficiency, and service delivery.
