Trainee Estimator & Contracts Manager-Ferndown-up to £35,000

We are recruiting for a Trainee / Improver Estimator & Contracts Manager to join a specialist subcontractor within the drylining and suspended ceilings sector.

This is a development role offering training across both estimating and contract management duties, working alongside experienced professionals with long-term progression opportunities.

Requirements:

• Some experience within construction (ideally interiors/drylining)
• Good numerical and IT skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong willingness to learn and progress

Desirable:

• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Exposure to take-off/estimating software (e.g. Bluebeam or similar)
• Understanding of construction processes and site-based work
• Relevant construction qualification or equivalent experience
• CSCS card
