ACCIDENT REPAIR CENTRE VALETER / DRIVER
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £26,500 - £35,000 Depending on Experience
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 17:00

THE ROLE
As an Accident Repair Centre Valeter / Driver, you will ensure all vehicles are cleaned, presented to the highest standard, and safely transported between customers, suppliers, and business locations while supporting the smooth operation of the bodyshop.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and valet customer vehicles to a showroom standard before collection or delivery
Safely collect and deliver customer vehicles as required
Carry out vehicle inspections before collection and delivery, recording any damage
Move vehicles around the bodyshop and workshop safely and efficiently
Maintain vehicle cleanliness within the site and prepare vehicles for customer handover
Assist the workshop team with general housekeeping and site organisation
Ensure all vehicle movements comply with company procedures and health and safety standards
Deliver exceptional customer service during all customer interactions

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused individual who takes pride in delivering high standards of vehicle presentation and customer care.
Previous experience as a Vehicle Valeter, Driver, or within an automotive environment is advantageous
Must be able to drive a 3.5 T flat bed vehicle
Excellent attention to detail with pride in producing high-quality vehicle presentation
Able to spot collision and similar vehicle damage
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team
Reliable, organised, and flexible approach to work
Good awareness of health and safety within a workshop environment
Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
Clean driving record preferred
