CNC Programmer / Operator

Location: High Wycombe
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 DOE

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading bespoke joinery manufacturer for an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator to join their production team.

The Role

• Program and operate CNC machinery using Cabinet Vision.
• Produce accurate CNC programs from technical drawings.
• Optimise machining processes and material usage.
• Work closely with the workshop and design teams to ensure smooth production.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout manufacture.

Requirements

• Previous CNC programming and operating experience within bespoke joinery, cabinetry or furniture manufacturing.
• Experience using Cabinet Vision is ideal.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach with a focus on quality.

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 depending on experience.
