THE ROLE
As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while guiding customers through every stage of the vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Key responsibilities include:
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles and products
Managing the complete sales process from enquiry through to delivery
Achieving individual sales and profitability targets
Presenting finance, insurance, and additional products where appropriate
Maintaining excellent showroom presentation standards
Delivering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction
Representing the brand professionally at all times

ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
Previous experience in automotive sales or automotive customer service
A proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A motivated, target-driven, and professional approach
A genuine passion for the automotive industry
Strong organisational and time management skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a successful team
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
