THE ROLE
As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while guiding customers through every stage of the vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to handover.
Key responsibilities include:
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles and products
Managing the complete sales process from enquiry through to vehicle delivery
Achieving individual sales and profitability targets
Maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction
Presenting finance, insurance, and additional product options where appropriate
Ensuring the showroom and vehicle displays are maintained to a high standard
Representing the brand professionally at all times

ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A target-driven and motivated approach
Strong organisational and time management skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
