This Paralegal role offers exposure to a broad range of Court of Protection matters, supporting fee earners across the day-to-day management of vulnerable client cases. The Role As the Paralegal you will support Partners and fee earners across a varied Court of Protection caseload. The role will include: Supporting Court of Protection matters from file opening through to ongoing management Drafting correspondence, legal documents and client communications Maintaining accurate electronic and paper case files Liaising with clients, families, the Office of the Public Guardian and third parties Managing incoming calls, emails and general queries Assisting with financial administration and client account records Supporting preparation of reports for the Office of the Public Guardian Monitoring deadlines, diaries and compliance requirements Assisting with billing, time recording and file management Supporting general administrative and case progression tasks The Paralegal?
