An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a highly regarded Commercial Debt Recovery & Litigation team, consistently recognised by the Legal 500 for delivering exceptional client service. The Role You'll join a collaborative and supportive team, advising a broad range of commercial clients on complex debt recovery and commercial litigation matters. You'll gain hands-on experience across all stages of the litigation process, including:

• Complex pre-action disputes
• Mediations and settlement negotiations
• Drafting court applications
• Managing defended claims
• Fast Track and Intermediate Track litigation
• Drafting witness statements and costs schedules
• Instructing Counsel
• Trial preparation

• Are due to qualify as a Solicitor or have recently qualified
