We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Technical Brewer to join our Liquid Malted Ingredients team in Stowmarket.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Process Support: Assist in optimizing brewing and extraction processes to improve efficiency, throughput, and consistency.
- Sampling & Analysis: Carry out routine sampling, lab analysis, and maintain immaculate records of trials and investigations.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in problem-solving and projects relating to quality, food safety, GMP, and sustainability.
- Documentation: Update SOPs, production records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Brewing & Distilling, Brewing Science, or a highly relevant fermentation science.
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Word) and high attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for process optimization.
- Desirable: Practical brewery/distillery experience, lab experience, or an IBD General Certificate (GCB).
