Key Responsibilities Take ownership of your designated section during preparation and service Prepare, cook and present dishes to consistently high standards Support service across the restaurant, lounge, weddings and private events Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards Assist with stock rotation, food storage and minimising waste Work closely with the senior chefs to deliver smooth, efficient service Support and encourage junior members of the kitchen brigade About You Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients Experience within quality-led kitchens (Rosette experience is advantageous but not essential) Well organised with excellent attention to detail Calm under pressure and able to work effectively during busy services Positive team player with a professional attitude and strong work ethic Additional Information Due to the hotel's rural location, your own transport is beneficial.
